traq started inside a Swiss direct-to-consumer brand whose numbers did not add up. The software that fixed it became a product, and the product became the tracking layer behind Swiss agencies and companies.

How traq came about.

Data discrepancies in our own shop.
With our own brand, Yago Matcha, we had the problem many shops have: incomplete analytics, missing conversions in Meta. No tool fixed it, so we built one.

Pilot customers and a company.
Shops in our network tried the software. The feedback shaped it. Buds & Bits GmbH was founded, and traq.ch went live in September.

First MVP, first customers.
The software was rebuilt from the ground up. The first customers went live, and the first agencies started offering traq to their clients.

Tracking as infrastructure.
traq is now a tracking layer for the Swiss market: collected on the customer's domain, forwarded, monitored, and distributed through agencies.
